Important Registration Information
Before you begin, please review these key details.
Full Access Pass
Includes entry to all event activities:
• Exhibit Hall
• Thursday Welcome Reception
• Friday & Saturday Exhibit Breakfasts
• Friday Dinner & Dance Party
• Saturday Final Banquet Dinner
• All educational seminars and general industry meetings
Spouse/Companion Passes
• Must be the guest of a Full Access Pass holder or the child of a Full Access Pass holder (ages 12–18).
• Includes all Full Access Pass benefits plus access to two exclusive spouse activities during the conference (details coming soon).
• Important: Spouse/Companion Pass holders will not have a login to the Attendee Service Center. They cannot bookmark sessions or participate in networking functions. If full access is desired, they should register for a Full Access Pass.
Children
• Children under 12: Free registration; however, meal tickets are required for Friday and Saturday dinners (ages 5–12)
• Ages 12–18: Register for Spouse/Companion Passes

Golf Tournament Registration
Golf tournament registration is a separate form. Please register for the tournament HERE.
Join us for the annual golf tournament at the renowned Coeur d’Alene Golf Course:
• Date: Thursday, May 15, 2025
• Breakfast: 6:30 AM | Shotgun: 8:00am
• Format: Scramble-style tournament
• Fee: $295 per person

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- By February 16, 2025: Fully refundable (100%)
- By April 16, 2025: 50% refundable
- After April 16, 2025: Non-refundable
Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to another individual up to 14 days before the event.
